Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 22 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

However, when Vasily gets into the apartment, he realizes that there is no way out of it anymore, and no one will come to the wake.
In the middle of the room there is a closed coffin and now Vasily needs to unravel all the secrets of the damned apartment and its owner in order to get out alive and not go crazy from wild horror...
What do the walls of this Soviet apartment hide within themselves, what horrors happened here and how is this connected with its owner? Do you have the courage to find the answers to these questions?

This game will give you a heart attack.
Good game! short, straight to the point Very well placed jumpscares but VERY brutal and gore like story! took me 1 hour to finish it!
Burial is a tightly focused psychological horror experience that relies on atmosphere, restraint, and environmental storytelling rather than spectacle or complex mechanics. Developed and published by REVVALUTION Studio, the game places players in the role of a lone videographer sent to record a wake inside a decaying Soviet-era apartment building. What initially feels like a mundane, uncomfortable job quickly transforms into an oppressive descent into fear, as the space itself begins to feel hostile and inescapable. The game’s strength lies in how convincingly it turns an ordinary location into a source of constant unease, grounding its horror in familiarity rather than fantasy. The setting is the core of Burial’s identity. The apartment is cramped, poorly lit, and filled with the kind of everyday clutter that suggests a life once lived normally, which makes its gradual corruption all the more disturbing. Peeling wallpaper, flickering lights, narrow corridors, and outdated furnishings combine to create a space that feels heavy with history and unspoken tension. The sense of confinement is deliberate, and the game uses it to great effect, often forcing players to move slowly and cautiously through rooms that feel increasingly unsafe. There is a persistent feeling that something is wrong long before the game confirms it, and that slow burn is one of Burial’s most effective tools. Narratively, Burial favors implication over exposition. The game provides just enough context to ground the player, then steps back and allows the environment to do most of the storytelling. Subtle details—unusual object placement, unsettling sounds, and unexplained events—encourage players to piece together what might have happened within these walls. Rather than delivering a clear-cut story with explicit answers, the game leans into ambiguity, which enhances its psychological impact. This approach invites interpretation and reflection, leaving players to question what is real, what is imagined, and what might be a manifestation of guilt, trauma, or something more supernatural. Sound design plays a crucial role in sustaining tension. Burial makes excellent use of silence, punctuated by distant noises, creaking floors, and sudden, unsettling audio cues that keep players constantly alert. These sounds rarely announce themselves clearly, often leaving you unsure whether they are scripted events or something reacting to your presence. This uncertainty heightens paranoia and makes even routine actions feel risky. When the game does employ more overt scare moments, they feel earned rather than cheap, emerging naturally from the atmosphere instead of relying solely on abrupt shocks. Gameplay mechanics are intentionally minimal. Players primarily explore, observe, and interact with objects, occasionally solving light environmental puzzles that require attention rather than logical complexity. This simplicity ensures that nothing distracts from the mood, but it also means the experience will feel limited to those expecting more mechanical depth. Burial is firmly in the “walking simulator” branch of horror, where progress comes from curiosity and courage rather than mastery of systems. The controls and interactions are serviceable, though occasionally a bit awkward, which can momentarily break immersion but never fully undermines the experience. Visually, the game aims for realism rather than stylization, and while it doesn’t push technical boundaries, it succeeds in creating a believable and oppressive environment. Lighting is used effectively to obscure details and guide attention, and the overall visual fidelity supports the game’s grounded tone. There are moments where technical roughness shows through, particularly in animations or object interactions, but these issues are minor compared to the strength of the atmosphere the game establishes. The most significant limitation of Burial is its length. The experience is brief, typically lasting around an hour, which may leave some players wishing for deeper narrative development or more varied scenarios. However, the concise runtime also works in the game’s favor, delivering a concentrated dose of horror that doesn’t overstay its welcome. Rather than stretching its ideas thin, Burial presents a single unsettling situation and commits fully to it, ensuring that tension remains high from start to finish. Overall, Burial is a strong example of minimalist psychological horror done right. It doesn’t attempt to reinvent the genre, but it understands its tools and uses them with confidence. Through careful sound design, environmental storytelling, and a suffocating sense of place, it creates a memorable and unsettling experience within a short timeframe. For players who appreciate slow-burn horror, ambiguous storytelling, and atmospheric dread over action or spectacle, Burial offers a concise but haunting journey that lingers in the mind long after it ends.
