Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 4/day in the week to Aug 22 → 3.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

KINDA BUG AND KINDA SNACK Good port and good, simple game that hearkens back to a gameplay formula perfected during the sixth console generation. Another fine proof a strong development cycle with due attention (and a surprisingly stacked voice cast I might add, with standout performances for a game of this stature,) no matter the premise can result in something that, if nothing else, oozes charm and wears the love that went into it on its sleeves. Bugsnax pulls from so many other works on paper it's barely worth talking about the influences. It emerges as something utterly singular, and these factors together make it worth playing - even though it's definitely not perfect. A little too much time in the oven, maybe, even though I'd say it's a very complete experience. It's less gameplay - which itself may leave a lot of a general adult audience wanting some, but much more due to simplicity than bad design - and more issues with the pacing and tone of the narrative. A common and just complaint is specifically levied toward the endgame 'twist', and while I don't think anything is breakneck, it definitely leaves the overall experience feeling a bit uncanny. It's not cracking top ten on some future "childhood trauma" thread or anything, though, like your 6-10yo isn't going to burst into tears or anything. The real issue is the lack of darker interstitials to mark a transition to the dramatic ending, but I also like how it sort of turns into a grand sort of anti or meta escapist metaphor like a lot of solid 2020s media seems to converge on. Gumflapping aside, I think this is a singular, child-friendly, slightly jank work that makes for a bit of a cultural standout everyone should get a taste of.
I love whimsy island
This is one of the greatest game's I've ever played. Each character reflects personal problems like grief, abandonment, toxic ambition, and self-doubt. All the Bugsnax are adorable and the ending is cool. I personally even have merch of this game.
Its been said a million times but this is babies first horror game
