Brighter Shores is an all new adventure from award winning MMORPG designer Andrew Gower. It is an enchanting point-and-click style RPG with hundreds of hours of gameplay, set in a land of magic and mysteries, with a huge number of professions to try, and something new to find around every corner.
Revenue comes from in-game items and microtransactions, which our price-based model doesn't estimate. The player count below is how many people own it, not what they spent.

NOT WORTH IT. THERE ARE BETTER GAMES TO BUY AND FULLY ENJOY. PAYING A SUBSCRIPTION IS SICK.
Boring and repetitive. Combat is a simple "tit-for-tap" and gets old quickly. Not even sure if there's a sailing feature.
Way too grindy and combat is a joke if the enemy mobs can just always hit harder than you can because they automatically get better dice rolls than you do

Most boring MMO I've ever played
I HAVE PLAYED THIS GAME FOR A YEAR IT IS SO GOOD
This game is not fun at all. I stuck with RuneScape. This is not something that is fun because you have to grind for 100s of hours before you can even do anything remotely fun. 0/10
This game is like if runescape was really bad
This is essentially "Watching Paint Dry Simulator". They should have just made a Runescape competitor, cuz this is absurdly boring. Nothing I do feels like it carries any weight. It's all just senseless grinding with no reward goals. The only thing you have to look forward to is unlocking the next training method, which is the same as the last training method, and the training method before that. I wouldn't believe that this game took over a decade to make, had I not spent that decade keeping up with Andrew's Twitter posts about the game/engine. Monumental letdown from the G.O.A.T of the MMO industry, and even more baffling that he's doubling down on the game instead of reworking what people seem to greatly dislike.
failed game unfortunately. Could have been good, but it isn't.
Sadly not great, the grinding is boring, very repetitive and is basically the only point of the game
