Bramble: The Mountain King

Tremenda fabula! Juego hermosamente aterrador. Es como una novela gráfica interactiva. La historia es bella, oscura y aterradora por muchos momentos. El Gameplay me parece un poco lento, es decir, la movilidad del personaje, pero tampoco es que te inviten a correr, porque la ambientación es espectacular. Me encantó, muy recomendado.

I’m playing this on the SteamDeck at 60fps ( think it could go higher ) and on High settings which is just below Epic settings. I went into this thinking and telling my wife it’s like a fairytale story game and would be cool to have the young niece sit and play this with her ….changed my mind a few hours in, there’s blood, guts gore in it and some of the characters would give the niece nightmares for months ha ha. I’ve played about 4 hours and really enjoying it, the first boss was easy to fight and I think the others might be as there’s no fighting mechanic as such you can just throw things at a set place but I can tell a lot of love and care went into this game. The game has the other game Grounded feeling as you run or walk through a linear path but daisies and other small objects are bigger than you. One thing I’ll say is the way enemies moves work is pure RNG even though it’s the same moves they change order between deaths ( if you die to there moves ) Plus you can feel the Nordic setting throughout the game via visual and the soundtrack that plays during gameplay. Very glad I picked this up and now I’d highly recommend it even at the full price though getting something cheaper is always better.
