The real highlight of the game are the boss battles, that are often based on basic enemy types so you can harness the skills you've developed fighting them, while also having fun twist that keep you on your toes. It isn't systems-heavy, with the main variation coming from different boomerang patterns, while other items only change basic stats. If you're craving an action-oriented, simple yet effective roguelike, this is one to keep an eye on.

I've always wanted to be a mysterious figure shrouded in darkness and wielding boomerangs. So if you're like me, and if you like to punch cute little angry blobs, and cute big angry blobs, and purple bats and whatnot, jump on this. With such a low price tag too it makes for a cool fun time. Also don't expect the game to hold your hand and don't let the cutesy graphics deceive you: this is *hard* at times and will require several restarts.
