A somewhat neat take on the sleep paralysis/anomaly genre, but I wasn't a fan. The breathing sounds i found to be over done and annoying after only a few minutes. the jump scares were accompanied by the same or very similar high pitched screeching sounds each time. There were sequences where it felt like it was just heavy breathing and waiting for something to happen. tried playing both the hard and easy modes, but the game just feels clunky.
One of the best Psych Horror Games out there! The mix between anomaly and sleep paralysis is an amazing combo! One of a kind. Cant wait for Chapter 2 to be released!

minus the constant ending reset where if you fail you start over this was still a good title
This game has got great ambiance and kept me stressed out to the max. I played on hard mode the first time i played. I will say it was a little difficult to figure out at first but once i figured out it went smoothly...mostly. There was a glitch as well at the area of reading the articles about the woman accused of witchcraft, where one of the articles stayed on the screen, and I could not get out of it or even go into the pause screen.
Love the concept. So it’s hard to not recommend. Game does not have a save point till the end. End game is annoying because the ai doesn’t leave you alone. Not to mention made it through beat it but then game got glitched and never left a black screen so I couldn’t even see ending which was annoying. Maybe these will be fixed with updates. Till then avoid.
Bonanit - A Menorcan Horror Story taps directly into something that genuinely freaks me out: sleep paralysis. If you’ve watched my streams, you probably already know this is a legit fear of mine. I’ve only experienced it once—maybe twice—in my life, but that was more than enough. Absolutely terrifying. Do not recommend. So when I saw a game centered around sleep paralysis, did I play it? Yes. Did I hate every second of it? …Also yes. Trying to put my personal bias aside, though—Bonanit is actually a solid game. It blends a sleep paralysis experience with anomaly-style gameplay, and honestly, it works. The concept is interesting, the execution is decent, and it does what it sets out to do. I can’t really give a fair answer on whether everyone will find it scary, because this fear is very personal. But for me? Yeah. It was absolutely terrifying. The atmosphere alone had me on edge the entire time. I didn’t end up beating the game—not because it was bad, but because after a couple hours of restarting due to missing anomalies, I eventually rage-quit. That one’s on me and my own limitations, not the game itself. All things considered, I’d still say give it a shot. It’s a good, well-made experience, especially if you’re into psychological horror or anomaly games—and if sleep paralysis doesn’t already live rent-free in your brain like it does in mine. 😵💫👀
Хорошая игра, суперская индюшатина, есть клевая идея, конец немного душноватый, жду вторую часть надеюсь будет побольше, а то прошел за 30 минут пьяный в говно. не хватило. ну и не очень страшно было
RTX 4060 - i5 13400F - 32GB of ram cant run this game at 30fps !!!!!
Amazing for a $5 game. Loved the story line. Very different for an anomaly game. Can't wait for Chapter 2!
worth every penny, waiting for the second game!
