Bolsheviktion 2: Yurovsky's Revenge

Amazing game, positive message, 10/10

Este juego es quizás uno de los boomer shooters (que imite la jugabilidad de doom o wolfenstein 3d) mas divertidos que jugué este año en definitiva, la música es mi parte favorita, los gráficos funcionan bien, ambientan bien al juego, mi única queja son las colisiones, a veces intentando moverme mi personaje se choca un poco con algunas cosas que en si deberían tener una colisión mas pequeña, no obstante, no es algo que te arruine por completo el gameplay, pero es algo frustrante. sobre la historia, es un concepto interesante y altamente provocativo ya que, para hacerlo corto, este juego es lo opuesto a Wolfenstein en tanto a enemigos, en vez de enfrentar a soldados alemanes durante la segunda guerra mundial, enfrentas soldados bolcheviques durante una guerra civil (jugué el primer juego y ese juego transcurre ANTES del asesinato de la familia imperial rusa), y a eso añadile que debe ser el primer y quizás ultimo juego donde dos coleccionables son "mein kampf" y "la doctrina del fascismo" (escritos por Adolf Hitler y Musolini respectivamente) y que hay ciertos sub textos en ciertos lugares (si tienes la suficiente cultura de internet en memes entenderás que referencia hace la canción del mapa 6 (si mal no recuerdo) entenderás a lo que me refiero), lo que añade un nivel de provocación extra, sin embargo, el juego es bastante entretenido y lo recomiendo enormemente si te gustan las cosas mas retro en cuanto a shooters hablamos

I tried this game. The graphical style and screenshots really sold me on the gameplay but firstly I noticed a very significant lag. The aesthetic of the enemies and surroundings was pretty neat and very nostalgic. But unfortunately due a glitch in the first map, there was a lightning strike and I suddenly teleported outside of the map area. Very early on I was softlocked outside and this was on my very first playthrough. I can't recommend this game as it seems to have game breaking bugs present in the very first map. Which makes me suspect there are others.

Old school doom esthetics and vibe do not save this game and here are the reasons why: - I have a relatively high end machine and the game struggled at 4K with just 30 fps with random drops and stutters to 4fps - it feels like you are controlling a midget with your filed of view making you feel like a testicular assasin - gunplay is not fun - controls feel glitchy due to inconsistent responsivness Suffering thgouh playing this is the true Yurovski revenge, oh yes, could've come up with an original name and not a cheap take on Red Alert 3 [url=https://store.steampowered.com/curator/7279488-One-Grumpy-Russian]One Grumpy Russian[/url] score 3/10 - piss poor performance and much better alternatives including the old school Doom make this game uncompetetive and unattractive, just like russian footwear in a store
