Due to the recent changes to the gacha system, I can no longer recommend this game. I've supported it for many years, but these changes have made the experience much less enjoyable. If the developers need additional revenue, I'd much rather see them introduce optional cosmetics or other purchases instead of making it harder for players to obtain the waifu they want.

It was a really fun game at first, not to mention my very fisrt serious gacha game. Gameplay is kinda meh, but the setting, characters and story made up for it. After two years of comfy enjoyment, Nexon went ahead and decided to make everything worse and by that I mean chainging the gacha system, which had no problems at all for five years, and swapping it wiht an inferior system all in an attempt to make more money (thanks EA). Not to mention announcing it during the 5th anniversary livestream (feel bad for Pandemonium), when it was supposed to be all about having a good time. After such an awful and unexpected treatmeant from the developers all because they want to squzee more money from the playerbase, I simply won't tolerate it. I uninstalled the game and do not recommend anyone to try in it's current state.

New gacha system is garbage

Mobile game player here, but I took my time to download this on Steam just so I can leave a review. Upper management made the decision to hire a former EA executive. It's only going to get worse and worse. At least I know which gacha game to uninstall when Silver Palace comes.
