Bloody Streets is a brutal top-down shooter which will challenge you with areas swarmed by undead in a beautifully stylized and hand painted 2D world complemented by high energy rock music. How long can you survive the sea of monsters while pumping round after round of bullets?

TLDR: The more you play, the worse it gets. Gameplay: When it works, it plays like any other top-down shooter. However, it crashes every 2 or 3 levels. Levels: The beginning levels are fun, spacious, and have a few traps you can activate by stepping on them. The further you get into the game, the less spacious they are. They eventually become entirely comprised of small streets and alleys that act like funnels, trapping you in and forcing you to run in one direction while enemies spawn all around you. Weapons: You cant cycle weapons; you can only carry one weapon at a time. After you unlock the rifle (2nd weapon in the game), each weapon after that has ridiculously low starting ammo. Most of the time you run out before reaching an ammo spawn (even while running directly to the next ammo spawn). The "machine gun" is the most annoying weapon because you have to load it ONE BULLET AT A TIME; you cant stop the process to shoot with the bullets youve already loaded. This is particularly annoying if enemies spawn next to you, which happens all the time in the later levels. Soundtrack: The one decent quality the game possesses is pretty good background music.

There's so many games that do this exact same thing - and this one doesn't do enough to stand out.
Simple but entertaining top-down wave shooter - 6/10 The game is fairly enjoyable even though it has a lot of problems. The different weapons and enviromental hazards are interesting and the game delivers in the beginning, it starts to get a bit repetetive at some point though. The most annoying thing are the constant crashes during loading screens. At the end it's still worth playing for a bit if you like this type of game. 100%-Achievement-Difficulty: Easy, took me around 4 hours to complete all of them. Good game 6/10
Isn't the prettiest topdown shooter around, but its pretty damn fun and challenging. It does get a bit repetitive but if ya like alittle bit of a challenge without strategizing to much this is worth the dollar or two.

This is a very simple and very basic top-down / twin-stick shooter with no controller support in a veritable ocean of top-down / twin-stick shooters that do have controller support... and do this sort of thing ten times better. Sure, it's solid and works fine; will run on a potato and might even entertain you for a few minutes... but - feels as generic and as dull AF. If you want a game like this, where swarms of enemies come at ya in their droves, you could do a lot worse than pick up something more exciting like Assault Android Cactus, Crimsonland, Nex Machina, Tesla Vs Lovecraft or even Nation Red. Even Serious Sam's Bogus Detour (with its dodgy controller optimisation) or Iron Fisticle/Crypticle do a much better job. Thank You. I've always had a thing for Zombie Shooters. I think there's a specific name to the genre, but I don't remember. So, Zombie Shooters. This one is fun as hell, and you'll surely leave the streets bloody. It's short and easy to beat, there are plenty of achievements and different ways to kill the enemies. The weapons are the most obvious, but the environment traps are the most entertaining. Starts with trains, ends with saws. Giant saws! It's really fun, and it's a shame that it doesn't have many more reviews.
