Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Jul 23 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Only 77 reviews at the time I'm writing this which seems kind of criminal for how interesting the game is. An open world full of puzzles and riddles and stuff to dig up, this should be a no-brainer for anyone who enjoyed Ocean Heart or just likes to follow a treasure map.
A very fun and challenging puzzle adventure! Very difficult, even on the easiest setting. But plenty of bang for your buck.
Bilkins’ Folly is a delightful and heartfelt indie adventure that captures the spirit of classic treasure-hunting tales while wrapping it in a warm and emotionally grounded narrative. Developed by Webbysoft and published by Armor Games Studios, the game follows Percival “Percy” Bilkins, a young adventurer determined to uncover the mystery surrounding his missing mother and grandfather. After being shipwrecked, Percy sets out with his loyal canine companion Drayton to explore a series of islands, uncover long-lost secrets, and piece together the fragments of his family’s past. What begins as a seemingly simple tale of exploration soon evolves into a touching story about connection, heritage, and perseverance, all presented through a world filled with charm, clever puzzles, and memorable characters. The game’s structure is built around exploration and discovery. Each island you visit has its own unique ecosystem of puzzles, NPCs, and hidden treasures waiting to be unearthed. The central mechanic revolves around deciphering maps and interpreting cryptic clues that guide you toward buried loot or story-relevant items. Every discovery feels earned, as players must rely on observation, logic, and sometimes sheer intuition to progress. The act of digging for treasure becomes more than just a mechanical task—it transforms into a satisfying ritual that rewards curiosity and patience. The map-based puzzles are cleverly designed, asking players to overlay drawings, count steps, or line up landmarks in a way that evokes the thrill of genuine exploration. There’s an undeniable joy in the moment when a carefully studied clue finally clicks, and the ground gives way to reveal hidden riches or long-lost relics. Drayton, Percy’s faithful dog, is not merely a sidekick but an essential part of the gameplay experience. Throughout the journey, players can bond with Drayton, pet him, and train him to learn new abilities that expand both the narrative and mechanical possibilities. His skills—sniffing out buried items, pushing objects, fetching hidden keys, and assisting with puzzles—make him an indispensable companion. The more time you invest in their relationship, the more rewarding and useful it becomes. This dynamic between Percy and Drayton adds emotional depth and gameplay variety, transforming what could have been a typical adventuring duo into something far more personal. Watching their friendship grow through shared successes and challenges gives the story a warm undertone that balances perfectly with the game’s adventurous spirit. Visually, Bilkins’ Folly is a vibrant feast of pixel art that recalls the golden age of 16-bit adventures while still feeling modern and refined. The tropical islands burst with color and personality, each location distinct yet harmoniously connected to the overarching world. Every pixel feels intentional, from the gentle sway of palm trees to the tiny waves breaking on the shore. The characters are expressive despite their minimalist designs, and their exaggerated gestures lend them a lively, almost cartoonish quality. Complementing the visuals is a soothing soundtrack that combines gentle melodies, ambient ocean sounds, and whimsical flourishes. The game’s soundscape deepens immersion, making every moment—whether it’s a quiet stroll through an island village or a triumphant unearthing of treasure—feel cinematic and alive. The pacing of Bilkins’ Folly encourages thoughtful exploration rather than rushing from one objective to another. It rewards players who take their time to talk to every NPC, examine the environment, and revisit earlier areas once new abilities or clues become available. Puzzles range from simple directional challenges to complex multi-layered riddles that require connecting information from various sources. There is a wonderful sense of discovery in the way different puzzle types intertwine, with some requiring you to return to previous islands once you’ve unlocked new tools or insights. That said, the game can occasionally test players’ patience with certain obtuse clues or moments where the intended logic feels slightly too hidden. Yet even in those moments of frustration, there is satisfaction in the eventual breakthrough—a testament to the developers’ understanding of the puzzle-solving mindset. Beyond its gameplay, the heart of Bilkins’ Folly lies in its narrative and tone. The writing is infused with humor and warmth, populated by quirky islanders, pirates, and treasure seekers who all feel like parts of a living world. The dialogue is sharp, often witty, and occasionally poignant, balancing lighthearted banter with moments of genuine introspection. As Percy uncovers more about his family’s past, the story takes on deeper emotional resonance, exploring themes of legacy, loss, and belonging without losing its sense of optimism. The relationship between Percy and Drayton remains a steady emotional anchor, and the game’s ending ties their journey together in a way that feels both touching and earned. Bilkins’ Folly may not boast the visual grandeur of a big-budget adventure, but its charm, intelligence, and emotional sincerity make it a standout in its genre. It’s a game that values curiosity over combat, empathy over spectacle, and the quiet satisfaction of problem-solving over flashy rewards. Every aspect—from its intricate puzzles and hand-crafted environments to its lovable cast and heartfelt storytelling—reflects the care and imagination poured into its creation. For players seeking a thoughtful, character-driven adventure that evokes the golden age of exploration games while offering modern sensibilities, Bilkins’ Folly is a hidden gem worth uncovering. It’s the kind of experience that stays with you long after the last treasure has been found, not because of what you discovered, but because of the journey you took to find it. Rating: 9/10

I cannot stand the stealth "puzzle" my god I was enjoying the game till that point as well
Amazing game! Piraty atmosphere, cute graphics and silly characters combined with puzzles, riddles and many, many dog snuggles! I had a lot of fun <3
This game was a ton of fun. Really nailed the feel of hunting for pirate treasure. Lots of secrets and puzzles, and some funny moments sprinkled in. For some of the puzzles, I felt like a genius for solving them. Played on hard and enjoyed the extra challenge. And, you can pet your dog, who is always by your side and helps you find treasures. Not much idling in my playtime, genuinely played >50 hr. Free demo, try it out.

Just such a fun vibe of a game. The game sets out to do one thing at it's core, be a no combat zelda like where you solve cool ass treasure hunts. And it succeeds at that in spades. It's not a perfect game, I found the fishing and lockpicking minigames pretty tedious. And it had some small glitchy spots with pathfinding and such. I also had one bad progression bug with a late game sidequest, which the dev was kind enough to take my save file and fix for me :) But the vibes are on point the entire time, I love how monkey island the dialouge is, and it just feels cool to count paces around an island, checking waypoints and comparing landmarks. And because of that I can't help but say the game is completely worth it :)
