Beltex

I enjoyed playing this for several days off and on and reached all of the achievements. I first experienced the genre of 2D factory games in Shapez, which I highly recommend. Beltex isn't quite as engaging as Shapez for me, but it is an interesting variation that I am glad I played.

Super fun, if you like shapez you will like this, however, math is required. It is still lots of fun. Super relaxing, can be challenging at times figuring out how to get the numbers (with the math machines) you need.

The game delivers a casual factory experience. Playing on a hex map feels weird. Automation fans will find immense unusual playing the game. The mathematical elements add wonderful depth to standard base building. Playing instrumental music in the background pairs perfectly with the abstract gameplay. The overall loop stays relaxing while offering excellent intellectual stimulation.

Schönes Spiel, jedem zum empfehlen!

First off, I must state that I thoroughly enjoy the game. That being said I do not believe that the vast majority of potential players would say the same. This game is best described as Factorio without any of the things that make Factorio interesting, This game is purely an assembly line simulator boiled down to the most basic level. If you do not know if optimizing a conveyor belt full of numbers is for you, you probably won't like this game. If, like me, that does sound fun, take a look at the sequel, it has division!
