I'm not refunding to support the devs, I was expecting a more polished gameplay from the trailer on indie games. It's a shame. [02/10]

bom pelo preço, nada impressionante mas é legal, minha maior critica e que todos os personagens tem os mesmos ataques só que com números diferentes
Cool little game. Lots of heart and plenty of content. Not exactly super difficult, but very punishing of mistakes. Controls and combat mechanics are interesting and unique to a degree. The movement and attacks feel good, nice double jump from the start. Deserves a lot more attention. Not sure why this has fallen through the cracks. I would call it a real hidden gem...maybe not a diamond in the rough, but surely a tanzanite in the rough...maybe even an opal... Its only $5.99 and well worth it. Heck, buy a copy for a friend or two and play CO-OP. Toss a coin to your Devs...
SNAPSHOT
90% art, 8% content, 2% actual combat / gameplay
OVERALL - 1 / 10

PROS
+ overall art and aesthetic is good
CONS
- combat is really bad - not really anything to the game
FULL REVIEW
Given that the game was "released" in 2022 and store page says it's still in "active development" but it hasn't had an update since I think it's pretty safe to say it's not getting any updates anytime soon. One would think a game that is entirely combat and platforming would focus on that, but it seems like this is more of an art demo than an actual game - which is unfortunate because the pixel art is actually pretty solid. Apparently the goal for everything in the game is to "get 100k points" but as enemies give you ~ a couple hundred apiece that means each level is going to take forever and without any depth to combat it just becomes something most people will want to avoid altogether. The game itself has seemingly a lot of content - lots of different looking enemies and levels to show off all the (admittedly cool) pixel art, but the combat itself is so bad I didn't even want to finish the first stage let alone more of them. For example, each "different" character appears to have the same set of moves, all of which can be seen in the trailer: - a melee attack that has WAY too short a range, - two different (but almost identical mechanically) ranged attacks that for some reason have a limited number of uses, and - one other melee-seeming ability that I have no idea what it did From what I saw every enemy just walks at you and the melee attack takes time to recharge (???) so the game is essentially just the player doing hit and run for as long as you're willing to endure it. Besides that I guess you're just supposed to hit "collect" on every enemy corpse (assuming it doesn't disappear first) and maybe find a chest every once in a while that appears to just summon an ally to attack for a bit before going away. Overall there's countless games on here that do more with less, so if you're looking for an action / roguelike thing that will keep you locked in for more than a few minutes and you read to this point you've already spent too much time on it.
