I wasn't expecting such a mild game.
I only bought this game because the gothic remake bugged out yet again stopping me from moving on with the MAIN questline so i said f it, i'm not starting over again right now. wild even with all of it's bugs & dated combat i would much rather play that game over beast, i'm finding it hard to boot up this boring slog.
If this is the game you wanted to make after all this time just stick with making the low effort pokemon games >_>
Pros
1.Overall fine soundtrack.
2.Overall good graphics.
3.The combat is overall fine, a bit unresponsive & boring.
Cons
1.Trash voice acting & paired with the dead faces it doesn't help. good va work would of cost too much. had to set the voice volume to 0 & the game is so much better for it, first time i ever had to do this for a game. legit this game is way better with the voice acting turned off.
2.The dead faces for characters in this game. didn't have it in the budget ig.
3.Only 1 outfit, oh wow i can take off my hat. ah i must be being too mean on this brand new indie studio : l
4.Doesn't do enough to justify it's price. like i said there are better games out there for less that offer way more. Like fallen feathers, same level of va work but more outfits & weapons.
5.The abilities you get from bosses are ass, like for example you could of given us a ability to summon out a stag in combat after beating the first boss. instead we get more weeds.
6.God awful writing which is not helped by the trash voice acting which is not helped by the emotionless faces.
makes me want to skip all dialogue.
7.The enemy balancing is off, legit basic mobs do more damage than bosses.
8.Should of had co op, since this mild game would of been much more enjoyable with a second person. It's not like the mc is special there is a much more character that is also a sealer(Kunai)
9.The mc is such a boring bland character that i would rather play anyone else but the little girls(get those poorly va "children" out of my face) & kunai should of been the mc.
10.Crashes, i'm on this one part where it makes you fight a old boss again because the budget wasn't high enough for them to not reuse bosses early.
11.Can't ride koo.
12.Holy hell the final boss looks like utter ♥♥♥♥.
13.Can't skip cut scenes in ng+ which kills any reason for me to speed running it.
