If you liked the board game, you will like this version. It keeps the simplicity of the original board game, its expansions, and its game play, but adds extra game modes and unlockables such as fun sea gulls and ship models.

还挺桌游的体验 在战棋和六边形相关的游戏商店页简介区下侧的类似游戏推荐板块看到的 最开始也是让很素雅的封面和配色快速吸引点进去了 看这个，就感觉卡片这种东西做成3D的小物件放在虚拟空间里加点摄像机倾斜还是挺提味儿的 虚拟物体的实感趣味这一块儿 让人想到不少事儿 音乐不错，还是挺放松的，但也得动点脑子的类型但不算特别烦人 解锁东西也挺利落的，有点玩之前吹哥推荐那个星球之间连轨道的游戏，强度比那个还要低一些其实 一开始总贪图连接更大的陆地板块，然后就经常把自己卡的无路可走，后来才发现得打游击的心态 玩起来一局一个进步感 总之有点意思这种有桌游味的cozy游戏 放松，但没那么释放式的，属于思考强度不多不少的类型 哦对了它有一个大特点是游戏开始时的数据收集提示写得很好，很人味儿，让你觉得都不好意思拒绝它了有点。难得见到这种的，很多都是写的跟机器人似的。

I hadn't heard of Beacon Patrol before seeing it in a bundle, but it seemed like my kind of thing so I took a chance on it. I'm very happy with it. The visual style, easy to understand gameplay and compatibility with Steam Deck make it perfect. If you're a fan of strategic tile placement games (e.g. Tsuro, Carcassone, etc), you will likely love this too.

I'm really enjoying this puzzle board game matching tiles together. I find the game relaxing like I'm putting a jigsaw puzzle of the sea together but with movement tokens and new ships and such to unlock. The graphics are nice and calming and so is the music. It's a cozy puzzle game if you have the patience. I have played one game with my partner and I think this could be a fun co-op with another that enjoys puzzle games. It's not super easy either if you are looking for something with a bit of difficulty.

[h2]A blissfully polite map game that turns “place a tile” into a full-time shared obsession.[/h2] Beacon Patrol looks like it’s going to be calm, simple coastal noodling - and then the UI shows up like a kindly lighthouse keeper, guiding you with such supportive clarity that you briefly wonder if other games are just being rude on purpose. The rules are easy enough for kids, adults, and the usual mixed-table chaos, yet if you want to score big it becomes genuinely deep. Pleasant. Dangerous. Entirely your fault. Crucially: in multiplayer, it's purely cooperative. No backstabbing, no “friendly” sabotage, no smug victory laps - just everyone on the same side, collectively trying to find the best next move. The real fun is the shared puzzle-solving: hovering over a tile, proposing a plan, getting a counter-plan, and then landing on that one placement where the whole map suddenly makes sense. Think less “I win”, more [i]“we have achieved Enlightenment (briefly)”[/i]. Solo play also works well (especially the exploration mode), but it’s even better with others because the table-talk is the game. Visually it stays close to the physical board game in the best way, the music is calm and perfectly fitting, and every point gain gets a friendly seagull “ha haaa” - like a feathered Greek chorus with excellent timing and zero shame. Progression keeps pulling you back without getting loud about it: new boat colours, new boats, new map tiles, and the quiet promise of “just one more run” that turns into an entire evening. If you own the physical game, you should buy this digital version. If you don’t, you should still buy it - and then yes, fine, buy the physical one too, like a responsible adult who makes sensible life choices and definitely isn’t being manipulated by cartoon seabirds.

Играем в эту игру с парнем уже несколько дней. Жду вечера, чтобы налить чайку и поплавать по глубоководному морю (надеюсь правильно написала название фона). Мне нравится то, что мы играем не против друг друга, а в одной команде против игры, и в целом мне нравится простота ее принципа- нужно из квадратных плиточек создать большую карту. If you are looking for a chill co-op game to play with a friend with low stakes (~30 minutes per game). The gameplay is simple, but deep and will have you thinking about you next turn and talking with you friend about what to do next. A must have if you enjoy strategizing and communicating to solve a problem.
