I tried out the demo and really enjoyed the game. I’d been looking forward to its release, and now that it’s finally here, it’s still just as fun. This one’s definitely staying in my Steam collection until the day I die.
This is a solid Kingdom-style game. I enjoyed the small story tidbits detailing how things ended up the way they were, and the overall tower defense and exploration gameplay was fun. I do wish there was a way to know relatively where you are on the map when you're underground, but that's not really a big issue. The biggest gripes were: -lack of scrap when you've already cleared all the areas and just need either upgrade materials or scrap to complete the next tower section, meaning you literally just sit there waiting for the next wave for the small amount of scraps -lack of green core generation methods - red and blue cores have forges where you can convert scrap to make them while you're at the mercy of loot RNG from enemies for getting green cores -the animation locking, i.e. raising your gun forces you to complete the animation so you can't move to reposition, and getting off elevators/lifts sticks you in the animation while any roaming enemies can still attack you (died to this twice so I've learned to clear all enemies on the floor before taking any lifts) -the auto-prioritization of lift control over any building menus when standing next to a lift control (for buildings built next to / on top of where the lift controls would be) Overall, I would recommend this.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

It's a good game, with the essence of the Kingdom saga, lots of sci-fi references, and beautiful pixel art. The gameplay is generally great. My only complaint is having to manually grab the scrap and that the keyboard controls aren't the most intuitive. I understand this is being reviewed. What I like about the game is the underground exploration. You can leave the base in charge of the drones for repairs and explore an entire hidden world and learn the full story of what happened in Neyda. I haven't finished it yet, but I loved the little I saw. I recommend it for fans of the genre.
good but short ganme :)
I enjoyed playing Beacon of Neyda. It's a game that really draws you in, a strategy game in which you have to build and defend your base against waves of enemies. The game is good, but it has been receiving daily updates since its release, as the developers are working on lots of small improvements and there is still a lot to come. I recommend it because it's a fun game that will only get better with time.
Excelente juego pixelart con especial cariño en sus animaciones. Ademas, una vez que entendés las mecánicas es un vicio total
I loved the game, it's a fresh new towerdefense-like subgenre. Good: In overall the exploration is fun I loved the feel while shooting (I would appreciate a reload mechanic). The game pushes you to move and to navigate across the map. The art is just great, creates a fantastic feeling and it colaborates to an inmersive experience. Surprising, the game counts with a perfect voice acting, and when is coming from an indie studio it is such a highlight. To improve: The first thing that comes to the top of my head are the controls, they feels clanky and sometimes when in hurry they not colaborate. Overall: Buy it, it's such a great experince with even more huge potential.
I wanted to delete my previous review, but I cannot figure out how to do that.
es divertido
Great game! I like it no less than Kingdom: New Lands. It's post-apo scifi, with beautifly drawn backgrounds and robots. And you can actually fight the enemies. It's worth it!
