Regardless of the resolution settings, regardless of windowed or full screen, the game wants to play in a tiny window. My native resolution is 3840x2160 and it plays at that resolution in 1/4 of the screen. If i totally reset the settings, then the menu plays appropriately and the game starts by shrinking to a small window. I'm not eligible for refund. This policy is why i have greatly curtailed my purchases on steam.
