If you enjoy repeatedly clicking a button and watching the same thing happening on the screen, over and over and over again, with virtually nothing else going on or to look at or do, with no real skill tree to speak of, very little visible sign of improvement to the character on the stairs and a boss loop that has you repeating the same couple of levels over and over, every few levels of the game, then you may possibly find some enjoyment from this one. Firstly however, the game seriously needs to come with warnings that it has serious amounts of flashing and would be a very high risk for people with photosensitive epilepsy. I do not, but it's irresponsible not to inform people of such things. If you engage an auto-clicker in this game in a futile effort to actually make some progress a little faster, the flashing becomes unbearable. The next point is the in game music. For Act 1, one single short track, repeating, over and over and over, very quickly become absolutely tedious. Thankfully turning sound off is an option. I love incremental games and will give any incremental game a good go. I gave this one as long as I could, which was just short of an hour, I got to level 211 or something like that on the stairs. That was while also having implemented an auto-clicker from around level 80, as the game was already making me lose the will to live. One of the only reviews on this game that seems to be genuine is the one that says "low quality cash grab", as that is clearly what this game is... Most of the other reviews are either bot, or mates of the developer, offering no actual insight into the game itself, just bumping up the numbers. I can't in good conscience recommend this game. If you buy it and find something you like about it, good for you, but for me, it offered me nothing enjoyable. I won't go for a refund, I bought the game and that is a risk I take when buying games. But yeah, this one is getting shoved in my game category "junk", uninstalled and hidden on Steam and will be a game I'll forget about and won't look at again. I don't like leaving negative reviews, it doesn't sit easy with me. But on occasion, a game comes along that give me no choice, and this game is one of those. I did record a gameplay video for this, but I've deleted it, as I don't want to submit my subscribers to an hour of this.
happy birthday aura monster
67HAPPY BIRTHDAY DANIEL! DID YOU REALLY THINK ID LET THIS DAY PASS QUIETLY?! I KNOW THE KIND OF POWER YOU VIBE WITH, THE KIND THAT KEEPS CLIMBING NO MATTER WHAT! SO, HERES YOUR GIFT: A PROFILE PICTURE WRAPPED IN THAT SAME AURA. USE IT ANYWHERE, YOU KNOW THE RULE. EVEN IF THE STAIRS NEVER END, WE KEEP CLIMBING!67
Even if the stairs never end, we keep aura farming. 10/10. The gameplay is literally just walking up stairs, yet somehow I felt like I was witnessing the birth of a new Aura Monster. Every step radiates more aura than the last. Then Aura moster started talking about Daniel and I realized I was no longer playing a game—I was experiencing cinema. The story? Daniel. The gameplay? Stairs. The graphics? Aura. The soundtrack? **HAPPY BIRTHDAY DANIEL.** **Would climb the stairs again.**
Feliz Aniversário Daniel
Happy Birthday Daniel, and remember to keep larping like the aura monster you are
Daniel gave me this game as a happy birthday present, I really enjoyed it so I wish all of you also keep climbing the stairs even when the stairs end.
