Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 22 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Asteroids: Recharged, developed by Adamvision Studios and SneakyBox and published by Atari, reimagines the classic 1980 arcade shooter for modern audiences. Released on December 14, 2021, the game retains the core mechanics of the original—navigating a spaceship through an asteroid field while avoiding collisions and shooting at debris—but introduces contemporary visuals, power-ups, and cooperative gameplay to enhance the experience. The game's visual overhaul is one of its most striking features. While the original's vector graphics have been updated to a more polished, neon-infused aesthetic, some players have noted that the new art style can feel reminiscent of Flash-era games, which may not resonate with all fans. Despite this, the visuals are vibrant and dynamic, capturing the essence of the original while providing a fresh look. Asteroids: Recharged introduces a variety of power-ups to diversify gameplay. These include spread shots, railguns, and reflector shields, which add strategic depth and excitement to the classic formula. The addition of 30 unique challenge levels further enriches the experience, offering players new objectives and obstacles to overcome. These challenges test players' skills and provide a sense of progression beyond the traditional endless mode. The game's cooperative mode allows two players to team up locally, adding a layer of teamwork and coordination to the gameplay. This feature is particularly enjoyable, as it transforms the solitary experience of the original into a shared adventure. However, some critics have pointed out that the game's pacing can be slow, and the core gameplay may feel repetitive over time. While the power-ups and challenges add variety, the fundamental mechanics remain largely unchanged, which might not appeal to all players. In terms of audio, Asteroids: Recharged features an original score by Megan McDuffee, whose compositions complement the game's atmosphere and enhance the overall experience. The music adds an energetic backdrop to the action, aligning well with the game's fast-paced nature. Overall, Asteroids: Recharged successfully modernizes a classic while maintaining the elements that made the original a staple of arcade gaming. Its updated visuals, new power-ups, and cooperative gameplay offer a fresh take on the beloved formula. While the game's pacing and repetitive elements may not appeal to everyone, it provides an engaging and nostalgic experience for both new players and longtime fans of the series. Rating: 8/10

Game literally does not work. You can navigate the menu but that's it. Once you're in game, all of a sudden it doesn't take any of your inputs except for the pause button, resulting in a softlock. Even the pause menu is a softlock. When paused, you can navigate the pause menu, but you can't select anything. You can't even press the pause button a second time to unpause. The settings menu is broken as well. You can change the settings but none of the changes can be applied, and upon leaving the pause menu said menu is permanently plastered over the screen until you either restart the app or enter the gameplay. I cannot recommend this to anyone. As much as I wanted to enjoy this game I have to give a 0/10 because it is literally unplayable.
I give a Thumbs up for this game only. The rest of the Atari pack is a mess, with many games completely unplayable with a standard logiteck Controller. This is the only game that I could get the controller to work almost perfectly. Really a bummer to only get one really playable game. At least it's one I like. Buy this game, avoid the Atari pack.
Its like the original but really not. My aunt had an original Asteroids arcade machine at her house, it was fun! this game is good pretty good. There should be a way to switch back to the original. Also this game Music sucks.
It's like the original Asteroids just recharged
Growing up, I played a lot of the original Asteroids on an ancient Atari PC back in the late 80s and early 90s. So when Atari started releasing the Recharged series, I was naturally curious. Asteroids Recharged stays true to the original while giving it a modern look. The visuals are great, the sound is solid, and the gameplay captures the feel of the arcade classic while adding a few new modes to keep things interesting. That said, I couldn't shake the feeling that something was missing. I can't quite put my finger on what it is, but it feels like the game could have gone just a little further. It isn't my favorite game in the Recharged series, but it's definitely one of the better entries. I've played through most, if not all, of Atari's Recharged series. If you're curious what I thought of the rest, you can find them on my curator page or in the full Recharged list below. I REALLY want to love this game. Really, I do love it. But I bought it after playing the stand-up arcade version of Recharged and wanted that, and this is not that. Don't get me wrong, this is pretty good, but if you are looking for that, you won't get it.
Arcade-style game with modern twists, fun gameplay, frustrating forced power-ups, harmless asteroids, lacking online co-op.
Маловато будет.
For anyone looking to a quick random game to buy and something fun to pick up every now and then, asteroids recharged is the perfect game for that demand :)
Great little game. I enjoyed it. Simplistic but fun. Some of the challenges are quite hard which is right up my alley. Goes to show that classic games can still be iterated upon to provide fun. 7/10
