Assassin's Creed® III Remastered

I have never played the original AC3 so I will just talk about the remastered one. The Desmond story continues in this game. The graphics are good. The beginning is slow but once you are done with Haytham phase, as a conner you will be an unstoppable beast. Combat is the most satisfying thing in this game. Not even Ubisoft can cook such thing again in their newer games. The story is very good, the American cities looked good. I think this was the peak of AC Games. And the biggest perk is i got it for free with AC Odyssey Gold Edition. And on top of that AC3 Remastered includes Liberation Remastered in it. Though i have dropped Odyssey because it's super boring and bloated game.

Only Ubisoft can manage to make somehow mess up a remastered version so badly. Like don't get me wrong but it could have been way better if you'd have put some more efforts. Regardless, ac3 is my fav and I was happy to play it again after so long. Ac liberation is okayish, the story could have been a bit better but nevermind. I am giving it a thumbsup just becasue I got this for free with Odyssey.

I want to say the game is good. But that opinion has aged like year old milk, the movement is not nearly as fluid as I remember and targeting enemies for attacks is frustrating at best. Sometimes when doing an attack from above I'll practically fly across the planet targeting someone I didn't know existed. With the optional objectives being stupid easy or rage inducing due to how dumb the movement and targeting are. The ship sections are the only parts that where the most enjoyable without a mountain of frustration. I'm only finishing the game so I can get the achievements then drop it and never return.
