I really enjoyed this game. It's perfect for a stay at home weekend. If you like cozy mistery books and absurd humor, you're gonna love this. I solved one of the mysteries (the first one) with my nephew and he had so much fun! We got stuck two times but thanks Lord this game has a walkthrough. Overall, this is a cute little game with funny characters and dialogues and 3 great mysteries to get solved. Hope they make another one!
first of all, the game claims to be funny and it appears to be its main selling point. i'm sorry to say but it is anything but. i'm sure some of the attempts at jokes were lost in translation from spanish, but all in all the "humor" was silly, childish, annoying, just incredibly bad. graphics were nice and colorful, and it was about the only redeeming quality of this game for me. music was repetitive and bad, had to turn it off completely after a while. sound effects, including the forwarded text sound were mostly disturbing. translation was a big issue. while there were not a lot of grammar or spelling errors, it was too clear that the english translation was made by someone who doesn't really know their way around the language (idioms, sayings, street language etc). it was a hot mess most of the time and took away from what fun one could possibly get from this game. then there is the weird hotspot indicator (which for some reason flashes periodically, and shows hotspots whenever and how much it wants. it was especailly bad in ch.2). they have also tried something new with the inventory system and it made everything only more clunky and less fun to play. quite a useless novelty. there were some minor bugs there too. all in all, i have not enjoyed this game and had to force myself through to the end only to get it over with. not recommended. edit: so apparently they have taken care of the translation issue by having it checked by two native english speakers. it's too late for me but it shows they care about feedback and more importantly they care about the game they have created. thumbs up for that.

Awesome indie game, great humor. Really entertaining.
Enjoyable little game for the most part. The ability to quickly move/skip between scenes/convos etc was super handy given you need to go over each area multiple times to push things forward. The general cases are interesting enough but did come off a bit strange/quirky at times. It was also handy that when you use items it is applied to whatever particular area/scene you're in to complete solutions. So you don't need to be doing the exact x item on x spot like in most other adventure games. Certainly allows you to try brute force or attempt random solutions quickly when you're stuck. Although there are ample red herring items you can collect which serve no actual use in the plot. Given it goes on cheap sale, it's worth a couple of bucks if you dig adventure indie titles and want to support a small studio.
He disfrutado mucho de Arthur & Susan: Almost Detectives.
Arthur & Susan: Almost Detectives is the kind of game that feels like a warm hug. The story is lighthearted yet smart, with clever twists that kept me guessing. The humor is sharp and perfectly timed, and the characters are incredibly endearing. It’s not just the main story—I found myself lingering to explore every detail and side interaction. It’s clear the developers poured a lot of love into this game, and I can’t wait to see what they do next!
