Lot of work still being done on the game as of writing this, however I would recommend it. Obviously, the game is still being developed. And it's a rogue-like, lots of balancing changes, buffs, nerfs, whatever. A lot of builds that are overpowered as hell now (Primaris, even after nerf, is utterly busted. Same with the Sister who after a certain amount of Pick Up range and Speed/Dodge is currently almost incapable of dying. I wasn't even looking at the screen for the last two rounds and still outperformed any other run) might be useless tomorrrow, useless builds today might be busted tomorrow, things will change. I tend to just view that as another layer of the rogue-like NGL. The game is fun. This is the most important thing I can say about the game. It's FUN. Ignoring basically everything else, the game is very fun. I do not usually play or really enjoy Rogue-Likes, I enjoyed this game. 30.6 hours as of today. The music is great, usually I just mute the sound in a game and listen to my own music, watch YT, whatever, the music is engaging enough that I actually keep it on. It's good music, it fits the theme, it's immersive for the game. 10/10 The art is great, some details here and there that pull me out, sections, maps, or effects that need some work, but the game is still being developed and what is polished is very good. The gameplay itself, leading back to the 'fun' section, is very engaging. Melee weapons feel solid, ranged weapons feel dirty to use at some points, the first time I tried the fire-magnum I damn near had a religious experience of my own. The abilities are great, the Crux is fun to work around, and the RNG while annoying at times doesn't feel too punishing with the various upgrades you can get to turn that RNG more into your favor. I don't feel cheated with the RNG, I sometimes feel unlucky but planning can help turn it around to me basically cheating the RNG itself into giving me what I want. 13 CAD is a deal for the game, honestly I recommend picking it up. If the game goes on sale in the future when you're reading this DEFINITELY pick it up.

This game is sick as ♥♥♥♥
I bought this to play on Steamdeck after playing a lot of Brotato and finding some of the seeming nerfs to bother me. Was looking for something similar gameplay wise and the aesthetic of this seemed awesome. I don't have a ton of hours into it, but I am really enjoying it. I'll usually pick it up for a quick session here and there in between playing JRPGs or the like... just want to grind away at demons with an awesome soundtrack backing me. Loving the dev support that seems to have gone into the game so far, and the roadmap looks super solid. Decent amount of customization even for early access! Nice mix and match with weapons. The ability to do melee and ranged is great and viable. Definitely could be challenging at the higher levels. I've only really played the basic difficulty. But it's a good game and well worth jumping on early! If the dev keeps up with the plan this game will definitely be even more of a shining star than it is now!
gerçekten harika mükemmel tasarlanmış seviye tasarımları ve karakter geliştirme ve build süreci. Tasarım ekibinin eline sağlık.
Preamble: I really, really want this game to do well because I would love more games with this aesthetic style. I didn't know I needed Crusaderpunk to be a thing in my life but it's quickly become one of my favorite things. Review: What I've found I really enjoy about this game in particular is the experimentation and sense of discovery. The tutorials explain the basics but they don't hold your hand and explain EVERYTHING like so many games do now. I'm finding myself putting random things on random weapons just to see what they do and how things interact. The risk / reward of how to build your crux, how many souls to offer the crux, and how to use the crux. Do you use it as a AoE damage and kite enemies or do you build a bunker and hunker down? I was having trouble cracking the nightmare difficulty until I unlocked the consecrated mace and proceeded to build five of them and put them on the melee focused crusader. I then walked through the first three tiers of nightmare literally and metaphorically crushing my enemies by making them holy and holey. I have over 100 hours in Vampire Survivors and I'm honestly more engaged with this game than I was in any run in VS. If development continues in this direction and makes this game even better I'm going to enjoy it for a while to come.

We do a little catholicism around these parts.
The game is great! Recently I hung up and didn't play, because outside of the gameplay, you are on your own base - so on the controller it feels like a monkey without arms is trying to make you a milkshake. At first you tolerate it, and then it starts to annoy. I don't know if this game is for mobile phones. But your base gives you the feeling that you aren`t playing on a PC rather on a mobile phone. The feeling is horrible. But the gameplay is good. Please make it compatible with controllers, because I couldn't use some buttons on the base, such as the 'settings' button. The controller simply didn't click there, and it's clear that Roguelite and Bullet Hell are more convenient to play on a controller, especially since the patch has an auto-aim/auto-aiming option. Why are there so many customizations for the cursor? When the controller doesn't even fully reach all the buttons on the base... Please do something with it and i`m going to praise it like a saint.
Played it for 16h and it was very good and challenging. As in the most Bullet Heaven or Hell games, each failure makes you and your hero better. The fact that EVERY run gives you something at the end (even when u fail/die) like upgrades/weapons makes it very charming.Every run gave me at least 5 things and somethimes a new hero. What I really enjoyed was the fine music. Sometimes I hear Diablo 1+2( with a Metal-music mix),other maps I heard soundtracks like in Doom Eternal. I swear you can even hear a japanese Shakuhachi (flute) in a track which fit really well. As you can see in my PC Specs I had no problem playing it,no stuttering or gamebreaking bugs...no...not even a bug. The enemies are well made grotesque ( alot of body horror) and each "level" is quiet quick and nicely balanced. So what can I say was/is negative? As it is,it is still in early access. It is okay not to be perfect right now. I have to wait and see, but it is right now a solid 9/10!
For the price, can't ask for more. Pretty fun game. Needs more time in the kiln, but it is early access. It also feels like there's a lot more planned, but even as it is, there is quite a bit of content. I find it a bit more interesting than a survivors game, aiming matters more, it's more like an arena with ARPG combat so you're trimming out the fluff. My only criticsm is that i feel like getting a melee weapon to start is the way to go. The ranged ones never feel to be worth it to start. Melee means you can hit a lot more enemies at once, really useful later on when you get swarmed. Also let me save just one prayer... Just one pleeeeeease. So annoying having to pass all the good stuff and then enver finding it. Even just once per game would be fine.
