Shiratori Ritsu, the sole male at Kirihara Academy for Girls and its priest, protects the school from demons but finds his sanity tested by the arrival of a new student, the one-hundred-year-old vampire Mary Harker, and a call from the devil, questioning his purpose in life.

Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.57/day in the week to Sep 1 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Let’s start with the elements that aren’t related to the writing. It has some amazing visuals and music. The composer and artist for this work should be commended for their efforts. This might be one of the prettiest VNs I’ve ever read, and the music is lovely (though a bit overblown at times when there needs to be a melodramatic scene). I also appreciated all the references and themes at least brought up in the text. There are in-depth discussions of “The Blue Bird”, Shakespeare, and other literary works about the meaning of the symbolism in them, why the plays work, and how themes like fate and magic affect the stories being told. There are discussions about the pros and cons of different types of endings. We actually see a play getting produced and then changed in real time as Mary, the scriptwriter, finds issues with it and changes it. Pretty cool stuff when it was done well. Sadly, though, it had very little to do with the actual routes and just filled up VN space/time most of the time. For that reason, I ended up having mixed feelings about the play sequences despite how intelligently written some of them were. H-scenes feature mostly big-boobed heroines ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ a jizz-master MC with enhanced powers to keep him going and going and did little to add to the story. Pretty cringe if you ask me. They dragged on for too long in many cases. A couple of the scenes were nice, but the vast majority of them were just boring, so I ended up skipping or speed clicking through them.
The biggest offender was the Akari masturbation in the ending – why was it there? VN readers just have got to jack off to something, so it had to be slotted in. I also thought the key h-scene between Akari and Ritsu overstayed its welcome considerably. “Hundreds of ejaculations”? Sure.
For the rest, I’d have to break it down route by route to fully explain my thoughts.
The Prologue started off the VN with a bang. Really good stuff. The idea of Mary wanting to die due to serious ethical questions about immortality and being a vampire was quite interesting to read. The idea of the MC being some super powerful demon lord with the capability of destroying the world if he didn’t act/behave well also introduced a theme that later, in my opinion, wasn’t really explored like it should have been. More on that later. The common route here was OKAY. Its main purpose was to introduce the rest of the cast, and it did that reasonably well. The most interesting character introductions were for the devil and Sayo. Risa is tacked on at the end. Mikako is also introduced but is not a very convincing “genius.” It peaked probably when Sayo entered the academy and had sex with her brother; this introduced the possibility of a forbidden love (that was later, thankfully, treated with respect). Risa’s route is the worst by far. Mikako’s role as the genius/logical younger sister also seemed very underwhelming. The rape of Ritsu as a child is downplayed and “accepted” by the MC way too easily. This was supposed to be a traumatic event for him, but, somehow, it’s dealt with in two VN minutes and everything is fine again. In order to give the story some drama, cancer is introduced to bring overly cliched plot beats. In a weird “pixie dust” moment at the end of this route, it’s also fixed and they all live happily ever after. The devil shoots herself in the foot. Nothing in this route made any sense and should have been cut. Mary’s route had promise. Mary was undergoing serious existential issues in the prologue due to her vampiric nature, which I think the writer later used to some benefit. Although the romance between the two had a slow build-up, I appreciated how the events were written into the play that Mary was writing. After the romance began, it had an amazing h-scene in which Mary almost bites Ritsu and makes him into a vampire. It peaked there. Instead of committing to a potentially dark ending and exploring her “dark side” more, the writer opted to throw in a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ good ending involving some trickery with Ritsu’s powers to get him to change her back into a human. It ruined the route for me. Sayo’s route was probably the best overall, but the first half of it read like “Ritsu playing around with his powers” and didn’t move very quickly. There was, for sure, a serious issue between them that did drive the route at least in an interesting direction. They loved each other, but, due to the nature of MC’s powers, it was going to be fatal to Sayo. Although a lot of the drama in this route gets dumped at the end of the story, it kind of worked. One of my biggest issues with it is that Ritsu’s suicide kind of came out of nowhere after a cheap plot twist happened (he had a doppelganger working for him you see when he tricked the devil). Despite how forced it seemed, I could at least respect the writer’s commitment to killing off Ritsu at the end and making Sayo and the other characters deal with the aftermath of that event. It’s the only time I felt the consequences of Ritsu going berserk were actually addressed. Akari’s route was where the game lost me. It built up the route into an attempted profound statement on the value of life, being normal, valuing friendships, the power of love, and all of the other usual story themes you’d get from a visual novel writer. The first half tricks you into thinking that Akari wants MC’s powers for nefarious reasons and seems to take the “dark” aspect of his powers/emotional issues seriously, but then it gets ruined with a fluffy after-story that basically explains that, no, none of this was serious. Akari was always a god-fearing believer who just wanted a little love from her friends. She wanted to kill the devil off. In the end, none of the potential for the route survived because everybody lives, Akari is revived somehow by another Ritsu (from Sayo), and they even have a child at end of the true route.
This VN never quite figured out what it wanted to be. A moege? A profound statement on human fate or issues people face in real life? A sex joke comedy? A nukige? A commentary on playwrights and acting? And it never took full advantage of the themes that its inspirations could’ve given it (issues of faith/belief from the Bible from someone who struggles with those, a vampire’s reasons for living a long life, personal issues that affect you so badly as to make you friendless/suicidal, and so on). As such, I can recommend this, but it’s deeply unsatisfying and makes me wish the writer could have a do-over without having to pander to a moege VN readership. It also would've helped if he had tightened up the writing a lot.
明理线的不断反转与内心戏个人觉得非常不错,画风也是我的好球区,即使对不上电波也非常推荐玩了
