This is a fun little FPS. When taken as a free bit of entertainment there's a fairly slick and enjoyable experience to be had here, though it's really more of a demo taster than anything else. Two weapons, two enemy types, some mildly tricky platforming in the style of Titanfall 2 / Doom Eternal, and one simple boss-battle, and it's done in around forty minutes. It shows off a pleasant level of ambition in the level design and controls quite smoothly. Viewed through the lens of "it cost me nowt and I enjoyed it"...well, it cost me nowt, and I enjoyed it. *You can ignore this bit, it's more for the developers* But if these developers are looking to get into the industry then I'm not sure if this fairly short experience having a few bugs that should have easily been found and remedied puts them in good stead or not. They'd certainly fit right in with the average modern release, but for such a short run-time you'd think testing it thoroughly wouldn't have been an issue. On the one hand: They done good, but on the other....Enemies sometimes stand around doing nothing. When I died to the boss it then wouldn't reappear on the next time it was loaded, and I had to restart through the level select. This then meant that I didn't keep my secondary weapon and it made the fight much longer and tedious without it. The bigger issue is that it saved the game-state with such a noticeable glitch present. Finally: Having died a couple of times I got a message about lowering the difficulty and it wouldn't disappear off of my screen or let me do anything with it. Just a couple of things that you should have paid more attention to, as even if this is just an unpaid demo showcasing your skills, the lack of polish gives a bad impression. Not something I'm criticising this for as a freebie, but hopefully not traits you'll take into game-development if you pursue it as a job. Other than that: Pretty good effort!

I love this game its a quick one to two hour game if you want all the badges i love the doom like aspect of it so overall at least a 10/10

Worth your time, perfect for an afternoon after work, gametrough takes max 1 hour
