Alien: Isolation

This game has some of the most stunning visuals most games in 2026 lack. Just the atmosphere itself captures the theme of "isolation" in this game. I loved every bit of the game (although not some areas because of skill issue). In this game I chose to have played is the normal difficulty. The normal difficulty in my playthrough of the game seemed at some points harder than others, however fun each time. If you cry about the difficulty that is just you! This game gives many options on how to proceed and survive against the alien and robots that it makes it easy. The alien AI is a bit weird in terms of how it moves and sort of terrifying but fun. However, the one thing that I didn't like in this game is the repetitiveness of some of the missions. Once you play the game you will understand but most of the game's missions are based on restoring power or traveling from station to station. All I would've liked to seen is a bit more diversity in the game while still maintaining the 'isolation' aspect. Apart from that, I really did like the game and so should more people. This game is definitely worth the money you pay just from the visuals itself. If you love sci-fi and space, you will most likely enjoy playing this game and might even do a second or third run of the game!

Finally finished the game after sitting on it for quite a while. It's an amazing nuff said. Everyone die hard fan of the Alien franchise must play it.

I played Alien: Isolation all the way through when it first came out on PS4, and replaying it now has reminded me just how incredible it is. The atmosphere, music and Alien AI still hold up remarkably well today. BUT if you own a VR headset, you need to experience this game in VR, you won’t regret it! Download the MOTHER VR mod, then install the GRAND Mother VR extension on top of it for an incredible VR experience with motion controls. It’s absolutely ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ terrifying. I regrettably tested the mod out while wearing white pants… Needless to say, I had to throw the pants out.
