Promised an old friend a long time ago that I'd get around to playing this one day. Wherever you are brother, that promise has been kept.

played on hardest difficulty for first playthrough, quite enjoyable, alien definitely was a ♥♥♥♥♥ and felt like a threat and not "how do i do this area's gimmick"

Well, I apparently closed my original review without posting so im just gonna bullet point it. good map design/cool environment Game seems good at building tension and i can see this game being considered scary. apparently stays true to movie Game was buggy for me,but i had FOV mod installed Default fov is 40 Alien at times doesnt play by the rules and becomes more apparent on harder difficulties Dev recommened difficulty is hard. As someone who likes challenge in their games,i still recommend you starting with slightly lower, just because game can be INCREDIBLY frustrating Game should rename to FIND THE KEYCARD AND RESTORE POWER. Please do something else Game also way too long. Shorten it by several hours Current playtime represents time to 100% Required 2 playthroughs for me, but technically can be done in one. Overall,not hard in terms of 100 percent.
