Alan Wake

After playing 2 episodes, I decided to do something new this time and opened up a full game walkthrough on yt (@glp) and watched the rest of it. My initial reason was I felt like this game needed a remastered version for better graphics, and also, the gameplay felt unnecessarily repetitive. I was glad to find out that there was a remastered version, but unfortunately not on Steam. The flashlight mechanic is cool, they developed a unique way of combat by first bringing the enemies to light and then shooting them. One downside is the stamina factor, it disrupts the flow in my opinion. That's why I'd suggest easy mode if you just want to enjoy the story. The thrill was there right from the beginning, be ready for jumpscares. I enjoyed that the protagonist is an author, and the story reflects that through its composition. They nailed the plot. When Alan's inner voice is speaking, it reads like prose, which gives it a literary feel. Right from the first ep., you start questioning and trying to understand what is going on, just like the protagonist himself. It puts you in his shoes. By ep. 4, what's actually going on is revealed. There are recordings which are shown on TVs during gameplay and manuscript pages as collectibles which support the story. Speaking of collectibles, there's a solid amount of achievement hunting to be done for those who are interested. Even with the repetition, the story and atmosphere carried me through. The final episode was a satisfying ending [spoiler]and a beginning[/spoiler] to the story.

[b] Алан Уэйк [/b] - известный писатель книг в жанрах детектив. Как казалось бы игра 2010 года но свой уровень она показала довольно уверенно. [b] Геймплейно [/b] Очень классно, разные оружие, их немного но достаточно. Механика уклонений запоминающаяся, благодаря ей можно некоторые локи проходить без убийств. По уровню сложности сказать особо нечего, каких либо затруднений, на высоком уровне сложности пара лок проходились за трая 2-3. В общем простое одно прохождение игры заняло вот часов 10. [b] Графика [/b] довольно приятная на сегодняшний день, и впринципе оптимизированно классно (выдало на высоких настройках 200 фпс). По самой картинке есть ощутимая штука как прорисовка травы, как бы для 10 года выглядит хорошо но почему то моделька была как бы с фоном своего цвета, пофиксить у меня это не получилось. [b] Сюжет [/b] мне показалс годный, несмотря на прохождение в 10 часов без спешки. 6 эпизодов( некоторые прям долгие а некоторые за 15 минут как будт проходятся) и читал что 2 дополнительных есть. [b] Как итог [/b] ,рекомендую прям настоятельно, даже с учетом стоимости игры на распродажах в цену буханки хлеба.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ игра, по цене сухариков на скидках а взамен получаем ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ игру (особенно если любите творчество Линча). Единственные претензии в том что великий Сэм Озеро не смог сделать геймплей в данном шедевре реально интересным, игра вовсе не страшная, наверное самые не страшный хоррор в который я когда либо играл кроме резиков. Бегать по локации искать свет и ресурсы потому что Алан почти в каждой новой главе как дебил теряет все оружия не оч прикольно, еще и учитывая то что боёвка здесь заточена глупо и местами скучно, но игра того стоит просто ради сеттинга, атмосферы и сюжета (который здесь очень даже хороший, и уверен что 2 будет более ахуенной). P.S. когда прошли игру пройдите ДЛС. вам не указывает на это вообще ничего но оказывается в разделе "главы" открылись еще два ДЛС поэтому доиграйте если не знали

I bought this game on sale for $2 and was expecting it to be just ok. I now find myself very disappointed that the sequel has been sentenced to life in EGS jail. Tim, if you're reading this I promise I will never make fun of you again if you allow it on Steam (and yes I realize it would have never been made without funding from Epic but a man can dream). Anyways this game is worth way more than $2. It's got that Remedy charm that I can't fully articulate. Can't recommend it enough.
