Age of Wonders 4

Look, I love this game. I have over 500 hours in it, but the latest update has completely ruined the experience for me. The crashing is constant. I can barely play for more than 15 minutes before the game crashes. The game already takes around 10 minutes to load, which is ridiculous, but I have put up with it because I love the game so much. However, the crashes have made it untenable. This issue has been fixed it seems - thank you dev team!!

Dávám 6/10. Kampaň byla celkem povedená a bez problémů. Za to mapy pro jednoho hráče se moc nepovedly, hendikepy opravdu velké a hratelnost celkově dost mizerná a silně se opakující.

It really is fantastic. I basically LARP in my head playing the game, it is like my own little story generator. I care about my hero's, and try to fulfill their goals. Your hero's have a class, but also have a subclass type sort of where they have personal goals (I'm sure there is a name for the mechanic but I don't know what it is), one of my war lords needed to dominate far lands, then he became depressed and expressed how he wanted to live close to home since his wife and family live in my capitol city and he wanted to farm these special berries that I now trade to other free cities for diplomacy benefits. The game is DEEP, and semi simple to learn, the controls are always on display and simple to use (especially on controller), so you hardly forget about those smaller mechanics and researching or diplomacy changes, ETC... You can do each fight/combat in a turn based mode much like XCOM, and the systems are deep but simple to understand. 2 hours to learn, 200 to master. You can choose to autocombat, itl show you the chance of winning displayed by your army or armies power and compare it to the opponent, and you generally use auto combat quite a bit as playing out every single fight stretches the match time to the extreme; so itl go like this typically- your army will slay 7-8 smaller units while traveling the map, and you will autocombat all the ones you have a 90% chance to win, then when a real fight comes into play, you wanna manually fight. City building is epic, there a TON of upgrades for your cities, and expanding your kingdoms is paced just about perfect. I am not a fanatic about 4X games, and rarely play them; however I LOVE this game and if you have never tried a 4X I recommend to start with this one. 10/10

un juego muy entretenido pero necesitamos que las invocaciones que invocas en una batalla se queden en un marcador aparte por que un amigo a creado tatntos zombies en una batalla que perdimos la cuenta.cuando ya pasaron de los 30 zombies en combate.

It's a great time! Just don't put too many world modifiers on too big of a map, on simultaneous turns. It uh. It gets really slow and kinda unstable. Also desync issues can be rather common in multiplayer at times.

Loved the old old AoW games and have now finally tried this one out. Have just finished playing two campaigns, and it's really fun :) This is a good AoW game and I will probably play it a lot more.
