Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 5 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Another great title from this developer! Finding the stores allows you to buy various power-ups and maps, which eliminated any frustration. Be the little slime that could, go save the world!
AVOID | LACKING | MAYBE | WORTHWHILE | COMPELLING | UNMISSABLE Adventurous Slime is a cute bite-sized metroidvania game. In the game, you play as a slime who needs to find and beat Lord Old Skull to help out some witches, and so off you go on your adventure. In terms of what I enjoyed, the art style is super cute, the music is charming and fits the overall vibe/environment, and the game allows for different paths to be followed. The game didn't overstay its welcome, but it still felt like a full experience. It was nice that enemy drops matched my status in the game (i.e., if I was low on health, an enemy was more likely to drop a health pick-up), but not in a way that felt too hand-hold-y. In terms of what is neutral, I found the boss fights to be very easy (I played on the default/normal difficulty), with the exception of the second boss which was like 17x more difficult than any other boss (for whatever reason, likely it's a me thing lol). For what could be improved, I sometimes felt like my physical attack was a little bit difficult to aim properly. It's an attack that moves in an arc and so sometimes it took several tries to get it to hit the way I wanted to to (and usually if I didn't get it the first time, I switched to using my magic attacks which allowed me to attack in more straightforward ways). I completed the game with 102% completion in just under 2 hours (my game file says 1 hour 52 minutes). In general, if you're looking for a palate cleanser and/or you want something that has the charm of a Kyle Thompson game mixed with the chill/amusing style of something like Dadish, this is a fun pick. Overall, I really enjoyed my time playing this game.

Matched by title — a reused name can pair the wrong games. * is a critic aggregate. Prices and positions are each store's United States storefront; Epic charts worldwide. Audience and Score too, except Steam's, which is worldwide.
This game was a fun adventure that took me a couple of hours to fully complete. The levels were colorful, easy for the eyes, and also contained some small quirks and gimmicks to give them personality. I wish the first two spells had something more to offer to differentiate them from the basic attack, though. (Maybe longer range for the Wind, and stronger knockback for the Rock?) Other than that, I liked the game's other spells and tools, and the power-ups you get as you progress were also cool, with the jumping power-ups being useful and fun everywhere you go. I also enjoyed the soundtrack (my favourite song was the Snow Biome theme). I do recommend checking out this game, and also other games from this dev, if you want some comfy and short adventures for the evening or the weekend. I played on normal difficulty, and found it pleasant enough for me (except for the second boss, to which I somehow died multiple times lol).
Truly enjoyed Adventurous Slime! Even though it's a pretty short game, it's one that was clearly made with a lot of love and passion. The controls were great, the retro pixel art graphics were wonderful and the bosses were all pretty creative. The only negative is that you gain experience at a really slow rate, which makes getting to Level 20 a real chore and one that I decided to skip. Absolutely worth the money though, very fun and makes a great addition to any game library!
Yes, but with some reservations. Only get this one if you played Slime's Journey and want more; Slime's Journey is IMO designed better. This is the sequel to Slime's Journey, a very similar mini Metroidvania released a few years ago. You get a double jump, barrel push, and swim; similar to the first game, plus a few additional upgrades that help you navigate, and an optional glide for access to one of the hidden checks. Your health and mana upgrades are in shops in this one, making it a good bit more grindy to 102%, but there's an XP system that gives you health and mana as well. It took a bit over an hour to beat the game, and a bit over 2 hours to reach the max 102%. This is similar in length to the first game. Metroidvania gating is similar, key and occasionally ability locked, but I felt it's done better in the previous game Slime's Journey. Like the first you have different slime color options and can wear cosmetic hats or glasses. Unlike the first game, everything is open from the start, losing a bit of a sense of progression that the first had Overall, it's fine, but if you're going to grab one of the two, grab Slime's Journey. Adventurous Slime is a bit of a disappointment after the first game.
