Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Sep 14 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

A Ton of Feathers is a highly creative VR visual experience, blending abstract storytelling and surreal art. The experience seems interested in catalyzing reflection and engagement in societal problems. I think it does this well, however a key scene with a christmas tree perhaps reflects a critical ignorance that associates 'goodness' with Christian and/or 'Western' values, presenting a distorted ideological concept. Hopefully over time both creator and audience can shed any promised 'key', or confused disgusts. Reading a little Cornel West might be a nice bridge, he comes from a rich Christian belief, but one that does not obsess over Christianity in such a way as to put it above other religions or non-religions (https://www.fusionmagazine.org/cornel-west-interview/). Additionally, Angela Davis (https://youtu.be/x3q_qV5mHg0) and others who deeply understand the unfortunate society we've built for ourselves - and offer valuable advice toward building a better one - can deepen the societal conversation touched on in A Ton of Feathers, but without the kind of 'Christian supremacist' vibes. Or another wonderful resource, Ursula K Le Guin discusses the concept of progress and highlighting the importance of questioning toward WHAT we are progressing (https://youtu.be/3_vzSgkjBEI?t=412). Certainly, my hope is that we progress toward a society that does not embed supremacist ideals, such as associating 'goodness' with Christianity. I'm pretty pissed that I bought this before the price was dropped to 2 dollars Edit: This game is super cool, if you're into surreal art and what not. for the current price it's a great deal
What the hell did I just witness?
wild game do not play if you have any kind of anxiety or epilepsy because there are some mind-♥♥♥♥ moments that will mess you up otherwise, wild game would recommend i have no clue what happened
Played on vive pro 2. For some reason there was no sounds at all, which kind of hindered the experience. I basically sat 30 minutes in silence, witnessing weird stuff unfold with 0 context to any of it.
It made me feel something. They could have done a lot more. Take this as inspration to make something of your own.
i loved everything about A Ton of Feathers. it's a fascinating, mind-warping VR experience. it's a fantastic story wrapped up in a package of wild, gorgeous visuals and great audio. it's the closest thing to a VR take on "The Beginner's Guide" i've seen yet. (plus maybe a hint of The Magnus Archives) i wish i'd paid more than 76 cents for this, because it's absolutely worth more than that. if you can handle the intensity of this VR game, i highly recommend picking it up!
Played on Oculus Rift S: A Ton of Feathers is a weird and inventive VR experience with some excellent psychological horror and great meta-commentary on the struggle of development and the game industry. It is really good and worth playing even though it is so short.
🎮 Reseña de A Ton Of Feathers
