Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

I had previously played the developer's other puzzle game, A Good Snowman Is Hard to Build, and really enjoyed it, so I decided to give A Monster's Expedition a try as well. The game is an open-world puzzle game built around one simple idea that keeps surprising you. You play as a little monster exploring islands connected by puzzles, collecting artifacts, and visiting museums where those artifacts are hilariously misunderstood by monsters. As you explore, you'll travel through islands with different seasonal themes, which helps keep the world feeling fresh. The gameplay revolves around cutting down trees and moving logs to create bridges between islands. At first, the puzzles feel pretty straightforward, but the game gradually introduces new mechanics, such as combining multiple logs, building rafts, and finding more creative ways to reach new areas. I really liked how it teaches these mechanics naturally through the puzzle design instead of stopping you with long tutorials. The puzzles become more challenging as you progress, but the open-world structure means you can always leave a puzzle you're stuck on and come back later. One of my favorite features was the undo system. You can either reset an island completely or undo your moves one step at a time, making it easy to experiment without worrying about making mistakes. It really encourages you to try different solutions, even when the puzzles get more difficult. The game also includes a mailbox fast travel system, allowing you to quickly warp between different areas you've already discovered, which makes exploring the large world much more convenient. Another fun element is finding all of your snowman friends hidden throughout the world. Some are easy to spot, while others are tucked away in secret corners, giving you another reason to revisit areas and explore every island thoroughly.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 21: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

There's a decent chance this is the best sokoban game ever made. It's beautiful, deviously simple, and outstandingly clever. There are so many "first moments" in this game where you learn a new mechanic that literally opens up the world, which by the way is gigantic. This is a massive game! And it almost could be considered an open world puzzle game?? I have been loving this experience, it's so calming and rewarding, and addicting! I have no feeling of wanting to stop until I've reached every last island. What a delight.
This game is for logical thinkers and people who have patience. A slightly different puzzel game where you have to strain your thinking skills a bit. Initially, much is achievable, but once you have uncovered almost the entire map, it becomes tricky, because then you even have to think across biomes.
The game is fun, but I seriously question the developer's artistic taste: do you really think a world full of bare wooden stumps after clearing it looks good?
I haven't 100%d the game, but it's PEAK! Is simple, but not eazy. It's relaxing but not a no-brainer. It's a beautifull, cozy little puzzle game.
Super relaxing, but gets fairly repetitive. Though there are some small variations to the main puzzle mechanic, it doesn't seem to try to take the idea too far and doesn't offer a visible sense of mechanical progression. Still, it's the perfect game to play for half an hour in between other tasks just to unwind after a long day.
This is a challenging puzzle game with a lot to chew on for your money, and because it's simple, it's never that frustrating. I say it is simple, but it is impressive how little the possible moves are in a given level on paper. yet somehow the solutions elude you. Finding the solution, particularly for the harder puzzles, was satisfying and I can appreciate how clever they were. And that title card drop. The game
tricking you into drifting away in a raft
is a great hook. I feel there is so much more to the
raft shenanigans
that can be explored, and that's an endorsement to how sound the game is.
