Adorable short game, clicker gameplay is nothing stimulating, objectively, its a little tedious. However, its not really without purpose in my opinion, it does a good job of naturally pacing out all the story beats, plus you're like cursed to do your job and its not really supposed to be fun. Art is extremely charming as per usual from npckc. Music too, reminds me of a music box, I didn't get tired of the soundtrack in my time, very lovely.

I really enjoyed playing this VN again. I first played it on my phone years ago, and I've been struggling with a boss in an RPG recently, so this game, with its light gameplay and heartwarming story, was a nice way to take a break.

Love collecting berries to make up for having messed up big time. This game is lovely. Short - and that's good, because the gameplay did not offer anything to keep me engaged for longer, I got a bit bored of clicking for berries. Loved the writing. The premise is not complicated, but feels subversive and refreshing all the same! A useless hero is tasked with collecting berries to make up for his wrongdoings. He's a little stupid, but he eventually sees the errors of his ways and grows to love doing good through picking berries, and that endeared him to me too. Also Yen is super cute. And so is Era. Rutaboo was funny. And of course, Vesper and Letta? Made for each other.
A HERO AND A GARDEN npckc 23年的作品，当时上架steam不久我就入手了，游戏流畅3个小时左右吧，一个下午就通过了，现在简单测评一下。 游戏的画风还是比较可爱的，npckc的游戏都是这样的画风，挺喜欢，音乐还行，马马虎虎啦。游戏是点击互动与视觉小说的结合，先说说游戏的互动元素，这一块比较无聊啊，就是等果子长出来然后收获，简单来说就是点点点，而且后面还要来回点，因为果树多了，这还挺折磨人的，因为游戏中至少一个小时的时间都要点点点，不然还推动不了剧情，这样的收集玩法和 NomnomNami的 艾丝特的花圃 （一部视觉小说）一模一样啊，毕竟这两部作品的作者是朋友兼合作伙伴 然后说说剧情啊，这个有些忘了，大概说说。我一开始看到游戏的宣传海报瞬间想到 坏结局剧院（NomnomNami的另一部视觉小说）。游戏的初始剧情我有点没懂啊，勇者去挑战魔王拯救公主，勇者大肆破坏魔王城之后发现这是场乌龙，然后勇者就要通过种果子来赔偿了。剧情挺温馨的，完成收集任务之后都会触发剧情，一共5组剧情，对应5个人 同时也对应游戏中需要收集的5种果实（不一定是人）害羞腼腆的狐狸奈尔，幽默诙谐的地瓜鲁塔布 ，只出现一只手但颇显浪漫的艾拉，善解人意的公主，还有一直帮助主角的恶魔阿角（其实他叫伊恩）。游戏的剧情犹如我小时候童话一样美好（突然想起小时候看的笑猫日记哈哈），而且很治愈（省略了好多 不好意思啦）可以体会到作者的别出心裁，不错的游戏。
Сначала прошёл на телефоне, потом на компьютере (проходится полностью меньше чем за 2 часа, но думаю можно попытаться пройти и за час). Короткая история без развития персонажа, но с приятной музыкой. Успокаивает.

A Hero and a Garden is a fun game. Great to have the Hero be there from platonic, long-term love for the Princess. Lot of stories have the Hero meet the Princess shortly before they're under undue duress and they often barely know each other by the game's conclusion. This is cute. I'm glad they have mutual respect, even though the game starts off with the Hero making a bad choice. Great Visual Novel style, nice achievements. The characters are generally fun oddballs. The clicker farming game is decent, with recruitable assistants. It is very much an idling game, with post-game options offering unlockable backgrounds and other features to help the garden be more peaceful and relaxing. If you prefer active clicking, please check out Plantera 2: Golden Acorn. Features LGBTQ+ themed romance between primary characters. Romance possible for PC. Unmissable achievements. There's some story branching involved in who you choose to spend the game's ending with, but I was satisfied with my first playthrough.
