A Field of Flowers and Stars

✔️Played on Steam Deck, working fine (07/11/2022). Touchscreen to navigate through the menu and button 'A' for advancing text. The love story feels a bit rushed, but considering this game was made for a game jam and the time constraints that implies it's pretty well executed. I was surprised by how good the english voice acting sounds.

A short though very enjoyable (and free) yuri VN by Watercress. The sci-fi story commences with young space explorer Raine and her AI, Juneau, plummeting through a wormhole to encounter alien Captain Leona. Artwork, UI and music are very good, and may I place special emphasis on the excellent character voices of Raine, Leona and Juneau - Juneau's role was amusing indeed. Strongly recommend A Field of Flowers and Stars as a great read!

These VAs deserve an oscar. Very good read, I also enjoy the art, character design and story it offers.

It was made, written, conceptualized, drawn, and voice extremely well. Great job. This is one of the ones that I'd be able to actually recommend to people I know in real life.

"It's a visual novel, it can run on a potato." Well, it runs smoothly, just like the night Reine and Leona spend together.

Phenomenal Game! Painfully short, but it was made for a jam, so all is fair! Good characters, good VA, good art, good story, good premise, it's all wonderful!
